John O’ Connor worked for several years as a yoga instructor at my center. He re-introduced me and several of my massage therapy clients to yoga. We were a group of beginners that he quickly brought to an intermediate level with his structure and encouragement. His classes were fun and challenging, and we all became limber and relaxed.
