10 session pre-paid package for one person at my Oakton studio is $600 ($60 per session)

10 session pre-paid package for two people at my Oakton studio is $800 ($80 per session, $40 per person)

10 session pre-paid package for small groups of 3-5 people is $300 per person ($30 per session). Small group training can be economical and provide comradery, motivation and accountability.

 

 

 

FAQ’s

What should I wear or bring?

You should wear clothing that allows you to move freely and athletic shoes. Please don’t wear flip flops, sandals or smooth soled shoes. You should also bring a small towel and bottle of water.

How often should I train?

To see results you should train a minimum of twice a week and three times a week will speed your progress. You can train up to six times a week if you learn how to split up your routines.

Is there an expiration date on my sessions?

No, if you need time off for personal reasons that is fine (with notice).

Will insurance pay for my sessions?

No, unfortunately health insurance companies don’t consider the benefit of preventative care.
