Individual Coaching

Individual CoachingProjectXercise offers one on one coaching for indoor cycling. If you are new to cycling we will teach you proper riding form and basic strategies for cardio training. If you are an experienced rider or teacher we will also focus on form to get the most out of your ride and work on advanced techniques to increase your cardio output. We will discuss the biologic factors that make the body utilize oxygen more effectively and how interval training can influence these factors. We will also teach you proper sequencing to make your classes more effective and challenging
